After changes to working practices and making factory Covid safe, the team worked throughout the pandemic. The Factory has also been streamlined and improved.
Some testing was put on hold, but research by Richard our Design Engineer, KTP Graduate Exeter University (A knowledge transfer partnership between Exeter Uni and Lynch) and the team on industrial motors, the same size unit with double the power carried on. Also working on open-framed motor to improve ventilation and performance.
90% of parts are now being made onsite!
Extensive investment in C&C machinery, technology and training. This has allows better control on quality and flexibility on bespoke solutions going into the future Resulting in 90% of parts being made onsite.
