We were originally contracted by Stony Brook University because the Mechanical Engineering team were looking for a reliable, highly efficient electric motor.
SBU's Solar Racing Team compete in the annual Solar Splash Competition in Daynton, Ohio. With the support with the Lynch Motor, the SBU Solar Racing Team has won this competition for the past six years.
